‘We are proud to report that Comfy’s mean gender pay gap sits below the national average and our median gender pay gap sits at a negative % demonstrating that median hourly rates of pay for men is slightly lower than that for women at Comfy.

The proportion of men receiving a bonus is slightly more than women but the mean bonus pay for women is significantly higher than mean bonus pay for males.

This report demonstrates our commitment to the principle of equal opportunities and equal treatment for all employees and we have a clear policy of paying employees equally for the same or equivalent work, regardless of their sex or any other characteristic. With this in mind, we already carry out pay and benefits audits at regular intervals and embrace opportunities to advance gender equality.
